Once you have given me your due date, I save the date for you (if available) and we capture the images within the first 4 weeks of baby's arrival.
Baby's rarely come on time so don't worry if your baby is early or late this is completely normal.

Terms and Conditions
By booking your session with me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below.
The length of session depends on the type of session booked and are as stated above.
- Newborn sessions take place Monday-Friday during school hours. Siblings of school age will only be required for 30 minutes.
- All teaser images will be emailed to you.
- Bookings are only confirmed when the deposit has been made.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- The deposit is additional to the session price. The full balance will need to be paid on the day of your session.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- You will receive all of your chosen images via email within 2-3 weeks after your session. Please be patient :)
- To secure your session you must pay a deposit which you can see above.
- Deposits are non-refundable, if you do wish to cancel, then your session can be rescheduled for a later date.
- Cancellations must be notified within 48 hours of the scheduled session (excluding commercial).
- Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged at 100% to cover any loss.
- Unattended appointments will be charged at 100% to cover any loss.
- Commercial cancellations will be charged at 50% of the original quote if not cancelled with 4 weeks notice.
- In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Nikki Watts Photography may not be able to capture any, or all of the images that the client may have requested or expected. The client is responsible for all children at the session. The client will be charged a session fee if they wish to return.
- Print-screening images is prohibited.
- Prices are subject to change without notice & are non-negotiable. Clients with bookings will secure the original price.
- All images purchased up to 150 will be £480. Additional packages will start from £595.
- Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. Session dates can be moved to the next available date, you must give 48 hours notice.
- Nikki Watts Photography Yorkshire reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright.
